The customer service of sneleentaxi is here to help you if you have questions, comments or a complaint. If you need to get in touch with the provider of your booked ride, the confirmation email contains a link to your booking. The driver's contact details will be visible within 24 hours of your scheduled trip.

Frequently asked questions
Through our large network of over 5000 drivers, our services are available throughout the Netherlands. Taxi rides can be booked from and to any location in the Netherlands and airports in Belgium and Germany.
On our website you can calculate the price of the ride. Fill in your pickup and destination address, then click on 'Calculate my ride price’ and the price will appear on the screen. Depending on the number of people and the type of transport chosen, the fare will be calculated. This fare is fixed and you pay it in advance online, you do not have to pay anything in the taxi.
Our minibuses can carry up to 8 people. If you need taxi transport for more than 8 people, you can easily place multiple bookings through our website. We will then assign a driver to each booking. After payment, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail for each booking with the details of the driver of the booked ride.
You can book a ride online with us 24 hours a day throughout the Netherlands. For rides booked shortly in advance, a driver will be assigned to the ride(s) within a few minutes. If no driver is available, your booking will be cancelled free of charge.
It is not possible to book a taxi by telephone. You pay the taxi in advance online so there is no further payment in the taxi. This way we can always guarantee a low fare for you and you will not have any surprises afterwards.
Up to 3 hours before the start of the ride you can cancel the taxi online. You will find the link in the final confirmation e-mail. After cancellation the payment for the booking will be back on your account within 3 working days.
The date or time of the booking can be changed online up to 36 hours before the ride. Do you want to change the date or time of your ride less than 36 hours in advance? Or do you want to make a change in the number of travelers, luggage or pickup location? Then contact the driver of your ride at the phone number in the final confirmation email.
