Then, select the pick-up time of the ride and, if applicable, the return ride. Fill in the number of passengers and then click on 'Calculate my ride price’; you will then see the fares of the different transport types that are available for your booking.

After you have made your choice from the available transport types, fill in your contact details. To complete the booking process, you can pay online in your trusted banking environment.

Creating an account ensures that your data is stored in a secure environment. This allows us to keep your data safe. Furthermore, you can view the status of your booking and change or cancel your booking at any time via your account.

For these reasons, you automatically create an account when you book a ride with us and it is not possible to book a taxi without an account.

Want a ride out to your destination and back again? No problem! On the homepage, select 'return' and select a pick-up time for the return ride. You can now order both rides in one booking.

Through our large network of over 5000 drivers, our services are available throughout The Netherlands. You can book taxi rides to and from every address in the Netherlands via our website.

Next to our traveling options within The Netherlands, you can also book a taxi from anywhere in the Netherlands to any address in Belgium and Germany, and vice versa. On top of this, we offer transport in the region of Antwerp. When you book here, it’s not necessary to involve a Dutch address in the ride.

You can book a ride via our website 24 hours a day. Placing a booking is possible until 20 minutes before the planned start of the ride, so the driver has time to get to your pickup location. For rides booked shortly in advance, a driver will be assigned to the ride within a few minutes.

We always offer the sharpest prices we can. However, at busy times we sometimes have to increase the price to be able to find an available driver for your taxi ride. This is also the case when you book a taxi ride on a short term. If your ride is more expensive than usual due to any of these conditions, the website will notify you of this during the booking process.

Absolutely. If you want to be picked up at 9:45, for example, you click on 9:00 first and then you can specify your pickup time in 5 minute intervals.

Certainly. Enter your departure address first and then click on 'add stopover'. Now you can specify via which stopover(s) you want to travel.

Like to travel in style? Sneleentaxi offers luxury transportation options too! During the booking process you can select the 'Luxury' option on the offer page. You are then assured of a ride in a luxury car driven by a neatly dressed driver.

If you use a foldable wheelchair, this is no problem. In that case, please register the wheelchair as 'special luggage' under the step 'Luggage', when booking the taxi.
Do you have a non-foldable wheelchair or do you need to remain seated in the wheelchair during the ride? Please contact us.

If you have selected that you are travelling with luggage on the homepage, you will be directed to a page where you can select how much luggage you are taking with you. Based on the selected amount of luggage, the ‘Offers’-page will automatically display the available transport type(s). If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, it is possible that only a taxi bus is available for your booking.

Of course you can! Under 'Do you have any special luggage?' you can indicate what special luggage you want to take with you in the taxi. If you want to take a pet with you, please be aware that it is mandatory to bring a crate, basket or other item in or on which the pet can be transported. This way we can keep the taxis tidy for the next passengers!

Children are very welcome in our taxis. For small children you may bring your own child seats. You can also request one in the Remarks' field during the ‘Travel information’ step. Often, the driver is able to provide one! In The Netherlands, child seats are not mandatory in taxis, so there is no obligation for the driver to bring one. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a requested child seat will be available.

The TX-certification is an extra quality label that taxi companies can achieve, which shows that their business operations are of an extra high quality. An additional requirement for the drivers to qualify for this mark is, for example, that they must have the life-saving act certificate. At sneleentaxi, we are proud to be able to offer you TX-transport!
