The TX-day is the moment you demonstrate that you and your vehicle meet the TX standard. With good preparation and a clear daily schedule, you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Preparing for the TX-day
A successful TX-day starts with good preparation. Make sure everything is in order before you go to the location.
What do you need to have arranged?
• All required documents with you (see our TX checklist).
• The online TX course fully completed.
This way, you’ll arrive well-prepared, and the day will run smoothly.
Practical tips
• Bring all required documents according to the checklist.
• Make sure your vehicle is clean, ready to drive, and complete.
• Plan enough time: without the course, the day is short; with the course, it will take about half a working day.
The TX-day itself
1. Inspection of business operations and vehicle
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed at the inspection location. A short inspection will then follow, lasting no more than 20 minutes.
• Vehicle check: technical condition, safety, and appearance.
• Administration: verification of documents and operations.
It’s a quick but important check that confirms you meet the TX standards.
2. Life-saving actions course (if required)
Do you not yet have a valid life-saving actions certificate? Then, after the inspection, you’ll participate in this course.
In about 3 hours, you’ll learn practical skills to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations – from performing CPR to using an AED. It’s not only a mandatory part of the certification but also a valuable skill that increases your confidence and professionalism as a driver.
Receiving your TX-certification
After approval, you’ll immediately receive the TX-certification sticker for your vehicle. This officially makes you a TX-certified driver.
You’ll also receive the official certificate via email, so you always have it digitally. Within 7 days, the TX Foundation will list your company on their website.
