Airport taxi

This varies per flight and depends mainly on your final destination. Sneleentaxi recommends arriving at the airport at least two hours in advance. During peak holiday periods at major airports, this can increase to three hours in advance. Please check with your airline.

Absolutely. Simply press 'from' on the start page or on the two arrows next to the name of the airport if you have already started booking. We offer exactly the same rates from and to the airport. Be sure to specify the time at which you need your taxi, not the arrival time of your flight.

Evert van de Beekstraat 202 is the official address of Schiphol. But don't worry, our driver will drop you off at your departure terminal. Pickup also takes place at the airport itself.

In our experience it's best to be flexible in this regard. We suggest that you call the driver after your plane has landed so you can agree on a meeting location and time. Your driver's phone number will be mailed to you after booking.

At the time of your booking you can provide your flight number. Your flight will then be monitored by our drivers. At the airport the driver will wait at least an hour and ten minutes after your airplane has actually landed. If there is a delay at the airport, then please contact your driver. If there is a difference of 3 hours or more between the original landing time and the actual landing time, then please contact your driver to make arrangements. If he is unable to accommodate the ride, then please contact the sneleentaxi headquarters. If this fails too, the ride will be canceled. You will receive a refund, but you will have to arrange alternative transportation yourself.

When booking, you can enter your flight number under 'Travel information'. The driver will monitor your flight and wait for you in case your flight is delayed. The taxi will remain available to you for at least seventy minutes after landing. Don't know your flight number yet? You can always add it later on the ride summary page. Just follow the link in your confirmation email.

A regular taxi has capacity for three large pieces or four small pieces of checked baggage. There is also room for carry-on luggage. If you have more baggage, we recommend you book a minibus. You can do this by dragging the slider for the number of passengers to five or more. You will then be picked up in a minibus. If you have more luggage than fits the booked category, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee.

Children are very welcome in our taxis. For small children you may bring your own child seats. You can also request one in the 'Comments' field, the driver may be able to provide one. In the Netherlands, child seats are not mandatory in taxis, so there is no obligation. Therefore we cannot guarantee that a requested child seat will be available. When booking, please don't forget to indicate each person separately under 'number of people'. This includes babies. Each vehicle has a legally allowed maximum number of passengers that can be transported. The driver needs to know the exact number of passengers in order to bring the appropriate vehicle.

You can cancel your booked ride online free of charge up to 3 hours before the agreed time. If you cancel within 3 hours, there will be no refund. You can change the date or time up to 36 hours before the start of your ride. Need to make changes after that? Then contact your driver using the number provided.
